What is a Virtual Assistant?
A virtual assistant is someone that provides services to support you and your business, from a remote location, for example, their home office. These services could include bookkeeping, general administration, email management and much more! Every virtual assistant has their own specialist services and skill set. No two will be identical. Some will offer generic services, and others may offer one main service, for example, working as a Pinterest Virtual Assistant.

How can you help me and my business?
I can free up your time that is spent on certain tasks which can be outsourced, so that you can focus on the aspects of your business you really enjoy or that require your full attention.
I mainly focus supporting businesses with maintaining a consistent online presence, however I can also support with some administration type tasks too. For a full list of services I offer click here.
Are there any services you don't offer?
I do not offer any telephone or call handling services.
What is your hourly rate?

I've never worked with someone remotely before, how does it work?
Working with someone on a remote basis is much the same as working with someone in person. The only difference being that your not both in the same room together. There needs to be clear expectations and regular communication between both parties. I use email as my main communication method, supported with calls via Zoom, text and phone as needed. I work as best I can to meet each individual client needs. All clients are supplied with a contract that is there to protect both parties and outline the work and terms agreed. How do we start working together?
If you are interested in working together, then please drop me an email and let me know a little bit about your business and what you need some support with. We can then arrange a time to discuss this in more depth via Zoom or on the phone. If after discussing your business needs, we decide we are a good fit for one another, I will send over a contract for you to review and sign, and then we can get started!
